• TASS has been institutionalized -
equivalent credit is established, yet there is
more work to be done

• All soldiers, regardless of component, must
be trained to the same standard - there
should not be separate POIs for the AC and
RC

• Everyone here has some influence on the
implementation of TASS - tell the "TASS
Story" at every opportunity
